Arunkanth Krishnakumar PhD ,MBA
Dr.Arun, who holds a postgraduate degree in Pharma , management and a doctorate in Chemistry, has accumulated over 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. After earning his Masters in Pharmacy, he commenced his career as a Research trainee at Johnson & Johnson in Mumbai. Following this, he had the privilege of working with several prominent Indian multinational pharmaceutical firms, where he undertook various roles within the pharmaceutical Research Innovations department.
Before embarking on his entrepreneurial path, Dr. Arun dedicated five years to Celltrion Inc., a leading biotechnology firm located in South Korea. Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Arun has played a crucial role in the development and launch of numerous ANDAs and research-backed products in the USA, either directly or indirectly.
Upon his return to India in 2018, Arun co-founded Zeus Hygia Lifesciences alongside Shankar, a former classmate from his college days. At Zeus, Dr. Arun leads the overall business development, market expansion, sets strategic direction, and oversee plans aimed at promoting sustainable growth.

Shankaranarayanan J M.Pharm
Shankar possesses over 22 years of experience primarily in the Nutraceutical sector. He began his career at Sun Pharma and subsequently worked with Cipla, a major Indian pharmaceutical company, as a Clinical Research Scientist. He is recognized as a clinical and regulatory expert, holding more than 15 patents and having authored or co-authored 25 national and international publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Shankar is instrumental in identifying wellness gaps in the market, developing new plant based ingredients, designing clinical studies, and positioning brand ingredients in the global market. He manages the daily operations at Zeus and plays a crucial role in the organization’s strategic and sustained growth.
